The frequent problem with low-slung sports cars and custom cars is that you cannot or it is very difficult to swing the support arms of the 2-column lift under the vehicle. We developed the GG2P-D500H40 ramp to fix this problem. Low-slung vehicles can be raised by 40 mm so that the support arms of 2-column lifts can be swung under the vehicle sill to line up perfectly with the lift points on the vehicle.

The 500 x 500 x 40 mm ramp is made of a petrol- and oil-resistant rubber compound. It is sloped on two sides so that vehicles can safely run onto and run off the ramp with ease. The non-slip rubber also prevents the vehicle from shifting. Two handles are incorporated into the ramp to make it easier to use. As a result, the ramp can be positioned easily to match the vehicle wheelbase and width. The handles are also useful for hanging up the ramp after use to save space.

Our solution raises vehicles by 40 mm, allowing them to be lifted safely. Even with mobile lifts for car-body shops, which are pushed under the vehicle from the front or rear, our ramps provide a tried-and-trusted solution especially for low-slung front spoilers or rear diffusers.
