The rotating plate with replaceable 02-CONSUL-01-CA rubber pad now replaces the one-piece rotating plate with on-vulcanised rubber for all Beissbarth, Consul and Zippo inground and two post lifts with a swivel arm. The rotating plate and rubber pad can be ordered either as a set or the rubber can be ordered separately. The advantage for the workshop professional is that the rubber pads can be replaced as needed. Faced with spiralling steel prices, this replaceable version saves valuable resources and up to 70 percent of the spare part costs over the medium term − simply by replacing only those parts that are actually worn.
The system comprising rotating plate and replaceable rubber pad is highly flexible and user-friendly for daily workshop use. If more grip is needed when lifting a vehicle, the standard rubber pad can be swapped for the 02-CONSUL-01-GTRP high-grip pad in seconds. Worn or faulty rubber pads can also be replaced in no time during regular safety checks without the need for extensive dismantling.
The rubber pad is made of a tough rubber compound. In addition to the durability of the material, a steel plate is also vulcanised onto the back. This ensures the rubber stays firmly in position even under maximum load.
