This rubber block with dimensions 200 x 100 x 140 mm was specifically developed for use on ZIPPO scissor lifts. It ensures secure vehicle lifting and reliably protects the underbody during daily workshop use.

In addition to ZIPPO lifts, the rubber block can also be used on many other scissor lifts as well as for other lifting applications.

Solid Design

The rubber block is made of solid rubber material, offering exceptionally high stability and load capacity. The large contact surface ensures even load distribution and increases safety when lifting the vehicle.

Also Available in Other Heights

To meet different requirements, the rubber block is also available in other heights. The 40 mm version is particularly suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance. Additionally, a 140 mm version is available when more height and clearance are required.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
