The Böck rubber pad 664808 (original part number: 4003427) for the new Maestro two-post lift series by Autop Stenhoj is a further development of the OEM version, specifically optimized for the demands of intensive workshop operations. Thanks to its reinforced design, a significantly more robust rubber lip, and an overall more sophisticated construction, this support pad offers more stability, a longer service life, and noticeably more safety in daily use.

Typical Problems in Daily Workshop Routine

In daily workshop operations, the weaknesses of a rubber pad quickly become apparent. Especially with the Maestro series, conventional designs can fail to provide a sufficiently positive fit when fitted over the support plate. The resulting play, combined with the shear forces occurring during lifting, often leads to the mounting holes in the rubber lip tearing out. This frequently happens after a comparatively small number of applications.

Constructive Improvements in Detail

This is exactly where the new, improved version from Böck comes in. The rubber pad has been structurally redesigned and significantly reinforced at the crucial points. The rubber lip is thicker and its geometry has been optimized to ensure the fit on the support plate is more secure and stable. This reduces movement and significantly minimizes critical stress in the area of the screw connections.

Integrated Anti-Slip Protection

Additionally, the rubber pad features a vulcanized metallic anti-slip protection in the form of a steel plate with rounded ends. This increases operational safety and helps prevent slipping during use.

High-Quality Materials and European Manufacturing

Made from the proven Böck High Performance rubber compound, the pad impresses with high resistance and a long service life. Raw materials and production are sourced exclusively from Europe. The result is a durable quality product that is slightly heavier than conventional original parts, but significantly more robust, safer, and more economical in use.

  1. Integrated, rounded metal plate with anti-slip protection.
The rubber pad is embedded with a positive fit in the support plate and cannot slip.
  2. Optimized rubber lip in a more solid design.
Sits significantly more stable and precisely on the support plate.
  3. Increased rubber content and greater material thickness of the rubber lip.
The mounting holes are much more stable and no longer tear out during the lifting process.

Economic Benefits in Everyday Use

Fewer replacements, less disposal effort, less hassle in the workshop, and higher user satisfaction. This is what a well-thought-out solution for practical use looks like.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
