Replaceable Rubber Pad for CONSUL, ZIPPO, BEISSBARTH, and HERRMANN Lifts

This rubber pad is part of a support plate system with a replaceable rubber insert and replaces the classic support plate with permanently bonded rubber. The rubber pad can simply be replaced individually when needed.

Simple and Fast Replacement

When worn, the rubber pad can be replaced quickly and easily without complex dismantling work. This saves time in everyday workshop operations and ensures the lift remains permanently ready for use.

Save Costs through Targeted Replacement

Only the part that is actually worn is replaced. This conserves resources and significantly reduces spare parts costs. Savings of up to 70 percent are possible.

High Stability through Integrated Steel Plate

The rubber pad consists of a resistant rubber compound and is reinforced on the back with a vulcanized steel plate. This ensures that the rubber is not displaced sideways even under high loads and remains permanently stable.

Installation Note

When installing the new rubber pad, ensure that the support plate is completely cleared of old rubber residues. The new rubber pad can only be mounted correctly if the surface is clean and free of debris. The rubber pad is simply pulled over the support plate with the rubber lip, ensuring a precise and secure fit.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
