The SKU 664505 Rubber Plate is the premium version of the SKU 664202 Rubber Plate  and features a reinforced finish. With a 2 mm higher construction height compared to the standard rubber plate, this support plate offers additional stability and durability.

  • Outer diameter: 121 mm

  • Reinforcement: Integrated 2 mm thick steel plate

Versatile design:

  • The surface and rubber construction height have been redesigned and optimized. The raised rubber layer and robust construction make the rubber plate perfectly suitable for heavy vehicles over 2 tons, especially electric vehicles and vans. Despite the increased rubber layer, the rubber plate remains flat, which makes it easier to swing the support arm under low-slung vehicles and allows for easy positioning of the rubber plate at the lifting point of the vehicle.
  • Elevation at the bottom: This design ensures a form-fitting fit in the support plate and prevents the rubber plate from slipping during the lifting process, which further increases safety and stability.
  • Compatibility: Suitable for many models of the Autop-Stenhoj Maestro series as well as for various models of CAR-O-LINER and FOG lifts.
  • Stronger metal plate: Compared to conventional rubber plates from the manufacturer, a much thicker metal plate is used here, which is additionally provided with adhesive and then vulcanized. This significantly increases the dimensional stability and durability of the rubber plate.

Environmental and health friendliness:

This product is PFAS-free. Per- and polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS) are difficult to degrade and remain in the environment in the long term. Our rubber plates are made from non-toxic raw materials and are regularly tested by TÜV to ensure the highest safety standards.

  • Delivery: Piecemeal delivery possible; there is no minimum purchase quantity.
  • Screw connections: Screws and nuts are not included and are not offered. For this product, an extended screw is recommended to ensure a secure screw connection to the support plate.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
