Polymer pad extra flat for lifts 250 x 150 x 20 mm

With a height of only 20 mm, this white polymer pad is particularly flat and ideal for sports cars and vehicles with very low ground clearance. It enables safe and precise positioning even with minimal distance between the vehicle and the lift.

Extra flat for low vehicles

Due to the low overall height, the pad can be easily positioned under particularly low-lying vehicles. This design is of great advantage, especially for sporty vehicles or vehicles with restricted access to the lifting points.

Lighter than rubber, easier to handle

Compared to classic rubber blocks, the polymer pad is significantly lighter. This makes daily workshop work noticeably easier, especially when frequently positioning and reconfiguring the lift.

Higher density for stable support

The white version is characterized by a higher density and hardness than black polymer blocks. As a result, the vehicle sinks slightly less during the lifting process. This ensures precise and controlled load transfer.

Memory effect for optimal adaptation

The integrated memory effect ensures that the pad adapts slightly to the vehicle's lifting point. After the load is removed, the material returns to its original shape. This increases safety during lifting while simultaneously protecting both the vehicle and the contact point.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
