With modern SUVs, vans and heavy vehicles, conventional rubber blocks on scissor lifts are increasingly reaching their limits. This is caused by the combination of high ground clearance, wide-protruding add-on parts such as exhaust systems, and difficult-to-access lifting points on the vehicle's underbody.
On many vehicles, the actual lifting point is significantly higher than the surrounding components. If a rubber block that is too low is used, problems frequently arise when lifting the vehicle safely.
- The lift reaches plastic trims or underbody covers first.
- Exhaust parts or other add-on parts rest on the lift before the actual lifting point.
- The lift cannot reach the support point properly.
- The rubber block sits crookedly or unstably.
- The vehicle is lifted unsafely.
This becomes particularly critical with heavy SUVs, pick-ups or transporters. Due to the high vehicle weight, low or soft conventional rubber pads deform even more. As a result, the rubber blocks can deform to such an extent that they become unstable or, in the worst case, even break apart.
Our special rubber blocks for SUVs, vans and high vehicles were developed precisely for these requirements. Thanks to their elevated design and robust rubber compound, they enable safer and more stable lifting, even for heavy vehicles with hard-to-reach lifting points.
Our solutions are particularly suitable for:
- SUVs
- Vans and minibuses
- Pick-ups
- Transporters
- generally high and heavy vehicles
