The next tyre change season is sure to come. Especially independent tyre workshops and tyre service centres need to be able to lift a wide range of vehicles safely, from small cars to SUVs.
With some electric vehicles, this can become a challenge. A good example is the Fiat 500e. Its lifting points are positioned low and can be difficult to reach on a scissor lift using conventional Rubber Blocks.
There is a simple solution.
Special Rubber Block for the Fiat 500e
The Böck Rubber Block EV-120.FIA was developed for electric and hybrid vehicles with difficult-to-reach lifting points.
On the Fiat 500e, the front lifting point is relatively easy to access. Here, sufficient height is the main requirement.
At the rear, it is more difficult. The lifting point is positioned low, and the Rubber Block needs to be carefully guided underneath the vehicle.
This is exactly where the 120 mm height and special geometry of the EV-120.FIA make a difference. The block is easier to position and reaches the designated lifting points.

50 mm More Ground Clearance for the Fiat 500e
The Fiat 500e has relatively low ground clearance. This means that even positioning a 120 mm high Rubber Block can be difficult.
With the 50 mm high Böck Access Ramp GG-D1000.H50, the vehicle stands five centimetres higher. This makes it easier to position the EV-120.FIA underneath the vehicle. The integrated hand openings also make the ramp easier to handle.
