Hello!
My name is Ida, and for the past month, I have been part of the Böck team in the Marketing department. I would like to give you a brief insight into who I am, why I joined Böck, and what this means for you as our customers.
After completing my Bachelor’s degree, I made a conscious decision to step into the professional world and I chose Böck. From day one, I felt comfortable here. The work is varied. I get to work on different projects, explore multiple areas, and contribute my own ideas.
My role? To ensure that you as customers receive even better support: clearer product presentations, more understandable communication, and faster processes so you can find the right products more easily and have all the information at a glance.
One of my first tasks was creating an information sheet. With my Bachelor’s degree freshly in hand, I was highly motivated to put everything I had learned into practice. During a check-in meeting with Alexander, one of my managers, I presented my drafts and explained every detail and decision. Then, after maybe five minutes, he said something that surprised me: “You know what? For me, they all work equally well. Just choose the one you like best.”
That moment was a real reality check. At university, we would have spent weeks debating to find the “perfect” design which probably does not exist.
Why do I share this? At Böck, work is pragmatic, solution oriented, and efficient while still leaving room for new ideas. I have already learned that perfectionism takes time and that different perspectives help separate the essential from the details.
This is exactly what makes working at Böck so exciting. I learn something new every day, collaborate with people who bring different viewpoints, and in the end, we create products and solutions that we can all be proud of.
I am looking forward to continuing my development here, contributing my ideas, and above all, creating real value for you as our customers.
