We have specifically further developed two additional Böck rubber blocks for scissor lifts and platform lifts. The focus was not only on a unique design but, above all, on providing noticeable added value for the end users in the workshops.

Weight Optimization
The height is embossed directly on the top surface and is clearly recognizable even from a distance. This facilitates quick identification in the work area.

The underside is specifically recessed. This reduces weight and makes positioning under the vehicle significantly easier. At the same time, the recesses serve as practical finger grips for easier handling. This saves time in the intensive daily workshop routine.

The new design ensures clear recognizability. For the customer, this means receiving a product that deliberately stands out from imitations and represents consistent quality.
Perfect Fit and Secure Grip
The underside features a hemispherical pattern. This is precisely matched to the rubber plates from MAHA, SLIFT, and PITLIFT. The block sits stably in the holder and does not slip. This increases safety during lifting and ensures smoother operation.
At the same time, the blocks remain universally applicable and work reliably on all scissor and platform lifts.
The Advantages
The conical shape of the block, combined with the base dimensions of 120 x 120 mm, ensures particularly stable and secure support during the lifting process.
The contact surface of 102 × 102 mm is deliberately kept compact. This is a major advantage for vehicles with small or hard-to-reach lifting points. The conical shape supports precise positioning and clean power transmission.
Another important point is the increased Shore hardness of the rubber compound. Vehicles are becoming increasingly heavy, especially with E-cars and SUVs. Conventional, softer rubber compounds reach their limits faster. They can deform more under high loads or, in extreme cases, even tear. Due to the adjusted hardness, dimensional stability is maintained even under higher loads. This ensures a longer service life and consistently safe working conditions.
Important for existing customers: the dimensions and heights remain unchanged. This means the new blocks fit seamlessly into existing applications.
Conclusion
Less weight, higher Shore hardness, better handling, a secure fit, and clear identification. A small product with a noticeable difference.
