How to choose the correct rubber pad for your RP-TOOLS vehicle lift

These codes should always be copied exactly, as they are important for identifying the correct rubber pads, lift pads and support plates.
Documented rubber pad dimensions include Ø 123 mm / height 10 mm for older A-series models and Ø 120 mm / height 34 mm / inner diameter 108 mm / hole spacing 64.5 mm for several B2 models. Some aftermarket suppliers also offer a Ø 125 mm / height 12.6 mm version for RP-TOOLS lifts. While these dimensions are useful for comparison, they do not guarantee compatibility. The decisive factor is always the support plate currently installed on your own vehicle lift.
As specifications may vary depending on the year of manufacture, lift version or installed support plate, we strongly recommend measuring the existing support plate before ordering. RP-TOOLS rubber pads for 2-post and scissor lifts

In these cases, the length, width, height and contact surface are the key dimensions. For wheel alignment lifts such as RP-8240B2, RP-8250B2 or RP-SI-SRS1505ILT, you should also verify whether the pad belongs to the platform, crossbeam or wheel-free lifting system.
Important note regarding RP-TOOLS and third-party products
RP-TOOLS offers a broad range of vehicle lifts, accessories and spare parts. Some product groups may include equipment supplied by partner manufacturers or third-party brands, such as Mondolfo Ferro / NEXION, Zavagli, Sirio / Ravaglioli or JH / Autolift.
For this reason, the product name shown in a webshop is not sufficient when selecting a rubber pad. Always check the rating plate, the exact model number and the existing mounting system on your vehicle lift. Rubber pads, lift pads and support plates are not automatically interchangeable simply because they appear within the same product range.

The most important measurements are the outer diameter, height, inner diameter and, if the rubber pad has more than one hole, the hole spacing measured from centre to centre. When identifying support plates, details such as locating pins, threads, bore diameter, bolt pattern and plate diameter are equally relevant.
Photos of the old rubber pad from the top, bottom and side are also very helpful, together with the model number, serial number, lifting capacity, existing mounting system and the condition of the old pad.
