Choosing the correct rubber lift pads for BendPak/Ranger lifts

Correct identification is important for BendPak and BendPak/Ranger lifts because different lift models, production years and lift pad assemblies may use different rubber lift pads. A rubber lift pad for an XPR-10AS will not necessarily fit an XPR-10S, XPR-9TF, 10AP, 12APX, MaxJax M7K or MD-6XP. Even square rubber pads can differ in height, base dimensions, groove design, hole pattern or mounting style.

The large square rubber lift pads for BendPak/Ranger lifts are among the most commonly requested replacement parts. These pads are subjected to heavy daily workshop use and should be replaced once they become hardened, cracked, distorted or damaged. As differences may exist depending on the production year, version or installed lift pad assembly, you should always measure the existing lift pad or rubber lift pad before ordering. Compare the dimensions with the technical drawings and specifications shown on the relevant product page. Important information before ordering

To identify the correct replacement part reliably, we require photos of the lift's identification plate, a top-view photo of the existing rubber lift pad or rubber pad, as well as the dimensions of the lift pad or support pad.

For round rubber lift pads, the most important measurements are the diameter, height and, if the rubber pad has more than one hole, the centre-to-centre hole spacing.
