Damage-free drive-on for low-profile vehicles

Low-slung sports cars often cannot be driven onto platform lifts without risk. The GG-D1000.H40 drive-on ramp was developed specifically for this problem. It enables easy and damage-free access to all above-ground scissor and 4-post lifts with platforms.

We have designed the approach angle of the 40 mm high ramp so that even vehicles with low spoiler lips can reach the lift safely and without contact with the underbody or sills.

Extremely robust due to high-density material

The drive-on ramp is pressed under high pressure in a dedicated casting mold. This creates a particularly high-density material with exceptional resistance. The ramp is extremely durable, does not warp, and does not break even under intensive use.

Secure grip without fastening

The non-slip surface and the ramp's own weight ensure a stable position on the workshop floor. Even under dynamic loads, the ramp remains reliably in place. Additional fastenings are not required.

Easy daily handling

Use is incredibly simple. The ramp is simply placed against the drive-on edge of the lift and is immediately ready for use. An integrated carrying handle makes positioning and transport easy in daily workshop operations.

Proven solution for special applications

In the case of flat-beam wheel-free jacks on platform lifts, the drive-on ramp has proven particularly effective in combination with the 165035 rubber block. The extra-flat rubber block is ideal for lowered vehicles and can be easily pushed between the sill mount and the flat-beam jack for exact positioning.

The GG-D1000.H40 drive-on ramp is ideal for sports cars, low-profile custom cars, and vehicles with defective hydragas or air suspension. As a universally applicable problem solver, it has proven itself many times in practice and is now a standard component in numerous workshops.

Advantages at a glance

  • Damage-free drive-on for lowered vehicles
  • Optimized approach angle for maximum safety
  • Extremely robust due to high-density, pressed material
  • Does not warp or break
  • Slip-resistant without additional fastening
  • Integrated carrying handle for easy handling
  • Immediately ready for use without assembly
  • Available in 30 mm, 40 mm, and 50 mm heights

Also available in other heights

In addition to the 40 mm version, the drive-on ramp is also available in two other heights:

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
