Easy Driving onto Low Vehicles

The drive-on ramp for automotive scissor lifts (1000 x 480 x 50 mm) is the ideal solution for one of the most common workshop problems with scissor lifts: vehicles with low ground clearance are often difficult or impossible to drive onto the lift. There is a risk of damaging side skirts, bumpers, or the underbody.

By optimally balancing the ramp’s length and height, the Böck drive-on ramp significantly reduces the approach angle. This allows sporty cars, SUVs, or long-wheelbase vehicles to be driven safely and gently onto the lift.

Shape-stable, not deformed

Many conventional ramps show weaknesses after a short time: too soft materials cause the ramp to deform under load, vehicles sink in, and stability is lost.

This drive-on ramp is deliberately designed differently. The high-quality, high-density rubber material ensures that the ramp maintains its shape and remains permanently stable, even under heavy vehicles. No sinking, no warping, and no material fatigue – even with daily use.

Secure hold without slipping

The ramp’s high own weight combined with the special rubber compound ensures it sits firmly and stably on the workshop floor. Even on smooth or slightly dirty surfaces, slipping is reliably prevented, usually requiring no additional fastening.

If necessary, the ramp can also be secured with screws and floor anchors to guarantee maximum stability, for example in tight spaces or when driving onto the lift at an angle.

Easy handling in daily workshop use

The ramp is mobile and can be quickly positioned in front of the lift. Integrated grip holes allow easy lifting, moving, and transport in everyday use.

Available variants for different requirements

In addition to the 50 mm height version, the drive-on ramp is also available in other variants to optimally accommodate different vehicle types:

The different heights allow the approach angle to be perfectly adapted to the respective vehicle.

Product advantages at a glance

  • Reduces the approach angle and prevents vehicle damage
  • Ideal for low vehicles, SUVs, and long-wheelbase vehicles
  • Shape-stable, no sinking or warping
  • Non-slip due to high own weight
  • No additional fastening required
  • Easy handling thanks to integrated grip holes
  • Robust and durable for daily workshop use
  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
