Levelling plate 2000 x 500 x 50 mm for car lifts

This levelling plate made of highly compressed rubber granulate is ideal for universal use in the workshop whenever an elevated runway is required. Especially with surface-mounted scissor lifts or unfavorable height conditions with other vehicle lifting systems, it provides a simple and effective solution for bringing vehicles safely onto the lift.

Ideal solution for height differences

With a length of 2000 mm and a width of 500 mm, a generous and even drive-on surface is created. This allows the vehicle to be driven onto the lift in a controlled manner without abrupt transitions. This reduces the risk of bottoming out or damage and ensures a much smoother workflow in daily operations.

You can find a specific application and solution to this problem here: Driving onto surface-mounted scissor lifts almost at ground level – here’s how .

Perfect in combination with drive-on ramps

In combination with drive-on ramps and additional levelling elements, the rubber plate unfolds its full potential. This creates a continuous driveway that can be used to build a stable and practical elevation system.

Extremely robust and resistant

The levelling plate consists of shredded rubber granulate, which is pressed into a highly compressed material under heat and high pressure. This creates a particularly compact and resistant structure that remains dimensionally stable even under high loads. The material can even withstand being driven over by a truck without any problems.

The material is petrol and oil resistant, making it ideal for use in workshop environments. Even driving with spiked tires is possible without issues. At the same time, the surface has a dampening effect and reduces noise when driven over.

Due to its high dead weight, the plate lies stable and does not require additional fastening.

Flexible solutions for every workshop

The levelling plate is available in many other dimensions and is usually in stock. If a suitable size is not available, any desired dimension can be custom-made:

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
