The levelling plate AP-CLM.600.500.H50 is manufactured to the dimensions 600 mm length, 500 mm width, and 50 mm height and fits perfectly onto runway, scissor, and 4-post lifts with wheel alignment modules. It represents a robust alternative to conventional metal filling plates.

Application possibilities of the levelling plate

Gap compensation:
The plate connects the turntable and the runway into a smooth surface, allowing vehicles to drive on gently and evenly.

Replacement of the turntable:
If the turntable is removed for protection, the plate takes over its function and enables flexible use of the lift.

Advantages:

  • Protective effect:
The rubber levelling plate prevents damage that often occurs with metal plates due to sharp edges or water.
  • Low noise:
Driving over the plate results in virtually silent operation, making the working environment more pleasant and allowing for precise acoustic tests.
  • Secure stand:
Thanks to its high weight, the plate sits firmly in the runway and resists oil and petrol – entirely without additional fixation.

Ergonomic carrying handle

A handle recessed into the side facilitates handling and allows for space-saving storage on wall hooks.

Note

Usage from the very beginning is recommended to extend the service life of the lift and avoid wear and tear.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
