This 70 mm high rubber block is designed for versatile use in everyday workshop operations and is ideal for standard vehicles. It offers a balanced combination of height and stability, allowing vehicles to be safely lifted and precisely positioned. The durable rubber compound reliably protects the vehicle's underbody and ensures a stable support during the lifting process.

Design and Construction

The rectangular design with a large contact surface ensures a secure position on the lift. Due to its solid construction, the rubber block rests stably and enables an even transfer of force between the lift and the vehicle.

Dimensions

The base area is 200 x 100 mm with a height of 70 mm. The effective lifting surface measures 180 x 80 mm.

Suitable for ZIPPO and MAJORLIFT as well as Universal Use

The rubber block is specifically suitable for ZIPPO and MAJORLIFT lifts. Furthermore, it can be used flexibly on many other scissor lifts, four-post lifts, and piston lifts with flat supports.

Reliable for Daily Workshop Use

The high-quality material is designed for professional use and withstands regular stress reliably. The rubber block remains dimensionally stable and offers a long-lasting solution for workshop operations.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
