Polymer pad for lifts 1500 x 150 x 40 mm
This polymer pad is used for the safe lifting of vehicles and is used on scissor lifts as well as lifts with platforms. Thanks to the continuous design, it enables uniform and gentle support of the vehicle over the entire length.
Large-scale support for maximum efficiency
With a length of 1500 mm, the polymer pad covers a large part of the lift's driving surface and ensures even load distribution over the entire support area. This reduces punctual loads and optimally protects sensitive areas on the vehicle underbody.
In practice, the continuous design means that only two pads are required instead of the usual four individual blocks. This saves time during positioning, simplifies the workflow, and simultaneously increases stability during the lifting process.
Lightweight and easy to handle
The polymer material is significantly lighter than comparable rubber pads. This makes the pad easy to transport and quick to position on the lift.
Memory effect for optimal adaptation
The polymer foam adapts slightly to the vehicle contour under load. The vehicle is safely embedded and remains stable in position. After unloading, the pad returns to its original shape.
Robust and durable
The pad is designed for daily workshop use and impresses with high dimensional stability and a long service life, even with intensive use.
High quality and pollutant-free
The polymer pad is PFAS-free and is manufactured exclusively in Europe. It thus meets the highest requirements for quality, safety, and environmental compatibility.

Different heights and degrees of hardness for every application
Polymer pads and blocks are available in various heights and versions, so the optimal solution can be chosen depending on the vehicle and lifting situation. In practice, vehicles with low ground clearance require lower pads, while for other applications, additional height can be advantageous.
Black polymer versions are softer and have a lower density, allowing the vehicle to embed itself more deeply. White variants are harder and denser and are suitable for applications where a firmer support is desired.
Individually Available
Our products are always sold individually. Please specify the desired quantity when placing your order.

Find the Right Rubber Pad
Check the Dimensions Before Ordering
Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
