Polymer pad for lifts 1500 x 150 x 60 mm

This polymer pad was developed for the safe lifting of vehicles on scissor lifts and lifts with platforms. With a height of 60 mm, this version represents the ideal standard solution for most vehicles. In practice, this construction height works for the vast majority of all applications.

Efficient work with a continuous pad

The 1500 mm long pad covers a large part of the driving surface and enables even load distribution. In practice, this usually means only two pads are required instead of four individual blocks. This reduces the effort of positioning and significantly speeds up the workflow.

Lightweight polymer material

Despite the greater overall height, the pad remains very light and easy to handle. This facilitates daily work in the workshop and ensures quick and flexible positioning on the lift.

Adaptable material

The polymer foam adapts to the vehicle under load and ensures a stable support. After lowering the vehicle and relieving the pressure on the polymer block, the material returns to its original shape and remains ready for permanent use.

Different heights and degrees of hardness for every application

Polymer blocks are available in various heights and versions, so the optimal solution can be chosen depending on the vehicle and lifting situation. Vehicles with low ground clearance require lower pads, while for other applications, additional height is advantageous.

Black polymer versions are softer and have a lower density, allowing the vehicle to embed itself more deeply. White variants are harder and denser and are suitable for applications where a firmer support is desired.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
