Generous Dimensions for Stable Support

With its dimensions of 340 x 132 x 50.5 mm, this polymer block offers a particularly large contact surface. This ensures the vehicle is positioned securely and the load is distributed evenly. The height of 50 mm also provides sufficient clearance and flexibility for different vehicle types and lifting points.

Lighter than Rubber, Easier to Handle

Compared to classic rubber blocks, the polymer block is significantly lighter. This noticeably simplifies daily work in the workshop, especially when frequently positioning and adjusting on the lift.

Memory Effect for Optimal Adaptation

The integrated memory effect ensures that the block adapts ideally to the vehicle's lifting point. After the load is removed, the material returns to its original shape. This increases safety during lifting while protecting both the vehicle and the contact point.

Dimensionally Stable and Durable

Even with intensive use, the block remains dimensionally stable and reliable. The high-quality polymer material ensures a long service life and constant performance in everyday workshop operations.

Universally Applicable

Ideally suited for use on scissor lifts and 4-post lifts.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
