This polymer block is the ideal solution for universal use on scissor lifts. Thanks to its special material composition, it offers a particularly safe and gentle support for vehicles.

Lightweight and ergonomic handling

Compared to classic rubber blocks, this black polymer block is significantly lighter. This makes it particularly easy to transport and quick and precise to position on the lift.

Memory effect for optimal adaptation

The black polymer foam features a pronounced memory effect. It adapts optimally to the vehicle's lifting point, allowing the vehicle to embed itself slightly into the block. After unloading, the material returns to its original shape.

Gentle and safe when lifting

Due to the slightly softer design with lower density, the vehicle sinks further into the block. This ensures a particularly stable support and reduces punctual stress on the vehicle.

Dimensionally stable and durable

Despite the softer structure, the polymer block impresses with high dimensional stability and a long service life in daily workshop use.

High quality and pollutant-free

The polymer block is manufactured in Europe and is free of pollutants. It thus meets the highest requirements for quality and sustainability.

Different degrees of hardness for optimal application

Polymer blocks are available in different versions that differ in density and hardness. The black version of this model is softer and has a lower density. This allows the vehicle to sink further into the block, enabling a particularly stable and gentle support.

In comparison, white polymer blocks are significantly harder and have a higher material density. They offer less sink-in, but a firmer support, and are particularly suitable for applications where higher stability with less deformation is desired.

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
