Polymer block for scissor lifts 340 x 150 x 60 mm

This polymer block is ideal for use on scissor lifts when additional height is required. It enables safe vehicle support and facilitates the positioning of lifting points for a wide variety of vehicle types.

Lightweight material for efficient work

The block is made of a particularly lightweight, high-strength polymer foam. This allows it to be used quickly and ergonomically in everyday workshop routine and positioned with ease.

Elastic adaptation with memory effect

The material allows the vehicle to sink into the block in a controlled manner. This protects the underbody and prevents slipping at the same time. After unloading, the block returns to its original shape.

Secure hold during the lifting process

Due to the uniform load distribution and the slight deformation of the material, the vehicle is supported stably. Punctual loads are reduced and safety during lifting is increased.

Resistant

The material is resistant to oil, salt, and other influences from everyday workshop life. It remains permanently dimensionally stable and durable.

Your advantages at a glance

  • Universally applicable on scissor lifts
  • Dimensions 340 x 150 x 60 mm
  • Very lightweight material
  • Memory effect for optimal adaptation
  • Gentle support of the vehicle
  • Dimensionally stable and durable
  • Resistant to workshop influences

Different heights and degrees of hardness for every application

Polymer blocks are available in various heights and versions, allowing the optimal solution to be chosen depending on the vehicle and lifting situation. In practice, vehicles with low ground clearance tend to require low blocks to reach the lifting points safely. For standard vehicles or SUVs, on the other hand, higher variants are advantageous to ensure sufficient clearance and comfortable support.

Additionally, polymer blocks differ in their material density. Black polymer blocks are softer and have a lower density, which allows the vehicle to sink further in for particularly gentle support. White polymer blocks, on the other hand, are harder and denser, providing a firmer support and are suitable for applications where less deformation is desired.

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
