Polymer block for scissor lifts 340 x 150 x 80 mm

This polymer block is the ideal solution for applications where maximum height and additional clearance are required. It enables safe lifting of vehicles and creates sufficient space for precise positioning of the lifting points.

Lightweight polymer foam

Despite the greater overall height, the block remains very light and easy to handle. This facilitates daily work and allows for quick positioning on the lift.

Gentle support with memory effect

The material adapts to the lifting point or the sill through slight deformation. The vehicle sinks in a controlled manner, protecting the underbody and preventing slipping. After unloading, the block returns to its original shape.

Secure hold in workshop use

Due to the elastic properties of the material, the vehicle is supported stably and loaded evenly. This increases safety during the lifting process and reduces punctual stress.

Resistant and durable

The polymer block is resistant to oil, salt, heat, cold, and other workshop influences. It remains dimensionally stable and does not crumble even with intensive use.

Your advantages at a glance

  • Universally applicable on all scissor lifts
  • Dimensions 340 x 150 x 80 mm
  • Maximum height for additional clearance
  • Ultra-lightweight and easy to position
  • Memory effect for safe vehicle support
  • Protects the underbody and prevents slipping
  • Resistant and durable in workshop use

Different heights and degrees of hardness for every application

Polymer blocks are available in various heights and versions, so the optimal solution can be chosen depending on the vehicle and lifting situation. In practice, vehicles with low ground clearance require lower blocks, while higher variants are advantageous for standard vehicles or SUVs to create sufficient space.

Additionally, polymer blocks differ in their material density. Black polymer blocks are softer and have a lower density, which allows the vehicle to sink in further for particularly gentle support. White polymer blocks, on the other hand, are harder and denser, suitable for applications where a firmer support is desired.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
