This rubber block impresses with its compact design and robust construction for daily workshop use. With its low height of 40 mm, it is especially suitable where a low lifting height is required. The durable rubber compound provides a reliable support, protects the vehicle underbody, and ensures safe lifting.

Design and Construction

The rubber block has a rectangular shape with a generous contact surface. Its solid form ensures stable placement on the lift and provides a reliable connection between lift and vehicle.

Dimensions

The base measures 200 x 100 mm, with a height of 40 mm. The lifting surface measures 180 x 80 mm.

Compatible with ZIPPO and MAJORLIFT, universally for all scissor lifts

This rubber block is particularly suitable for ZIPPO and MAJORLIFT lifts, but it is also ideal for many other brands and models. It is excellent for scissor lifts, 4-post lifts, and pad lifts with flat arms.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
