Custom-fit underside for a secure seat

This rubber block is the proven, older version for ZIPPO and other brands of scissor lifts. The underside of the rubber block is precisely matched to the shape of the support arms. The integrated rubber feet form the matching negative to the mounting surface of the support arm. As a result, the block sits with a form-fit and is automatically held in position. This precise interaction ensures that the rubber block cannot slip and remains stable on the support arm throughout the entire lifting process.

Lower weight due to wooden core

Inside the rubber block is a stable wooden core. This significantly reduces the total weight and makes the block much easier to handle. As a result, it can be positioned more easily and used faster in everyday workshop routine without losing stability during use.

Durable and reliable in use

Made of resistant rubber, the block impresses with its long service life even under intensive use. The massive design ensures that the support remains permanently stable even with frequent lifting operations.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
