Drive-on Ramps Made of Rubber Granulate, the smart access solution for mobile joint play testers and wheel alignment turntables

Heavy, rusty metal ramps that need to be bolted down? Loud, awkward, and difficult to move? There is an easier way.

Our high-quality rubber granulate ramps are the perfect alternative to traditional metal solutions. They are specially designed for mobile use with joint play testers and wheel alignment systems.

Your advantages at a glance

  • No installation required: Simply place, test, done. No drilling or bolting needed.
  • Rust-free and quiet: No metal, no rust, no rattling.
  • Non-slip and precise: 50 mm height ensures a smooth, seamless transition to the test plates.
  • Lightweight and mobile: Only 9 kg per ramp with a convenient carrying handle, ideal for changing work locations.
  • Workshop-ready: Oil-resistant, durable, and robust, even under heavy loads.

Perfect for use with mobile joint play testers or wheel alignment turntables, whether on the floor, on scissor lifts, or on 4-post lifts. The Böck drive-on ramp ensures smooth, safe, and damage-free vehicle access.

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
