Rubber pad without drill holes suitable for NUSSBAUM and AMI lifts Ø 125 mm
This rubber pad is suitable for lifts from the manufacturers NUSSBAUM and AMI and was specifically developed for applications where screw connections are intentionally avoided.
Developed in collaboration with the automotive industry
This version was created as part of a project with a well-known vehicle manufacturer that uses numerous NUSSBAUM lifts. The goal was to create a safe solution without a metallic connection between the vehicle and the lift.
No screw connection necessary
No screws or metal connections are required. This simplifies assembly and prevents problems with rusted or damaged screw connections.
No metallic connection to the vehicle
Since there are no screws, there is no direct metallic connection between the lift and the vehicle underbody. This reduces the risk of damage at the support point and is particularly advantageous for electric vehicles.
Ideal for electric vehicles
Especially for electric vehicles, insulating properties play an important role. The rubber pad forms the only contact surface with the vehicle and prevents a metallic connection. Some vehicle manufacturers therefore explicitly recommend rubber pads without screw connections.
For this reason, we offer this slip-on rubber pad in addition to the standard Nussbaum rubber pad 01103031.

The slip-on design ensures a form-fitting seat on the support plate. The rubber pad remains stably in position and offers safe vehicle support in daily workshop use.

Find the Right Rubber Pad
Check the Dimensions Before Ordering
Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
