The screw connections on Nussbaum lifts' rubber pads are often not optimal for some vehicles, especially electric vehicles. While they serve to hold the rubber pad on the support plate, the metal piece can damage the vehicle's mounting point. In electric vehicles, the screw connections are the only metal connection between the vehicle and the lift. Some vehicle manufacturers therefore recommend rubber pads without screw connections.

As a result, lift manufacturers such as Maha, Ravaglioli, and Consul do not have screw connections. For this reason, we offer this rubber pad in addition to the standard Nussbaum rubber pad 01103031.

This rubber pad consists of a high performance rubber mixture and can be used on column lifts and ram lifts with swivel arms.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
