This rubber plate is suitable for various J.A.B. Becker Twinram lifts and is ideal as a replacement for existing pads in workshop operations.
Vulcanized Metal Plate
The rubber plate features a vulcanized internal metal plate, which provides additional stability and a secure connection. Four screw holes allow for simple and reliable mounting on the support plate.
Pyramid Structure for Secure Grip
The surface is equipped with a fine pyramid pattern that provides extra grip during lifting. At the same time, this structure serves as a base for matching pyramid blocks.
Extra Flat for Optimal Ground Clearance
The extra-flat design without a seam ensures maximum ground clearance. This makes it easier to position matching pyramid blocks under the vehicle, significantly simplifying daily handling.
Expandable with Matching Pyramid Blocks
Vehicles can be lifted directly on the rubber plate. However, for optimal support and greater flexibility, additional lifting blocks are recommended. The matching pyramid blocks for this rubber plate feature a negative pattern on the underside and lock form-fittingly into the pyramid pattern of the rubber plate. This creates a stable connection without slipping. The blocks are available in various heights from 20 mm to 140 mm, allowing for flexible adjustment to different vehicles.

Find the Right Rubber Pad
Check the Dimensions Before Ordering
Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
