This support plate with a replaceable rubber pad replaces the classic one-piece support plate with permanently vulcanized rubber on CONSUL, ZIPPO, and BEISSBARTH lifts. This provides a more flexible and economical solution for everyday workshop use.

Quick replacement without great effort

The rubber pad can be replaced in a very short time when worn. The cost-intensive replacement of the entire support plate is no longer necessary, saving time and significantly reducing operating costs.

Optimal adaptation and high grip

Depending on the application, the rubber mounting can be changed flexibly. If an increased need for grip arises, an alternative, particularly slip-resistant rubber pad can be inserted in seconds. This ensures maximum safety when lifting a wide variety of vehicles.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
