This compact rubber pad with a 100 mm diameter was specifically developed for older ZIPPO lifts. It ensures safe and stable vehicle support for daily workshop use.
Secure grip through 3-point bolting
The rubber pad features three integrated screw holes, allowing it to be firmly connected to the support plate. This ensures a reliable fit and prevents slipping, even with frequent lifting operations.
Extremely robust
A metal plate is vulcanized inside the rubber pad. This further reinforces the construction and ensures that the rubber does not deform or displace sideways, even under high loads.
High-performance rubber compound
The specially developed rubber compound is particularly resistant to mechanical stress as well as oil, salt, heat, and other operating fluids. This ensures the rubber pad remains permanently reliable even with intensive use.
Optimal adaptation to the lifting point
Due to its elastic properties, the rubber pad easily adapts to the vehicle's lifting point and returns to its original shape afterwards. This provides a secure grip while simultaneously protecting the vehicle's underbody.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering
Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
