This rubber pad was specifically developed for older ZIPPO lifts and offers a particularly stable and durable solution for intensive workshop use.

Made from a premium high-performance rubber compound, this pad impresses with its thick-walled design. This makes it particularly resistant and ensures it remains reliable over a long period, even with intensive use.
With integrated steel plate for additional stability
A vulcanized steel plate inside provides additional strength. Even under high loads, the rubber pad remains dimensionally stable and is not displaced sideways. The rubber pad also features three integrated screw holes, allowing it to be firmly connected to the support plate. This guarantees a secure fit and prevents slipping during the lifting process.
Structured surface for optimal grip
The specially designed surface structure provides extra hold. The vehicle rests stably and is guided securely, making the lifting process even more controlled.

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering
Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
