Rubber Pads for Car-O-Liner Frame Benches

(5 products)

Car-O-Liner is best known for professional collision repair, frame straightening technology, vehicle measuring systems, frame benches and workshop equipment. The brand is positioned differently from a traditional vehicle lift manufacturer, as it focuses on body repair systems. Depending on the system, rubber pads, rubber blocks, lifting blocks, lift pads, sill lifting blocks, clamps or dedicated frame bench adapters are used.

For Car-O-Liner lifts and frame repair systems, we offer compatible rubber pads, rubber lift pads, lifting pads, rubber blocks, lifting blocks and lift pads for a wide range of models and applications. Particularly relevant are the Speed / Speed Plus / SPEED™ 3T, SPEED™ 3T PLUS and CDS™35 systems, as well as the MTF 3000C, MTF 3500C and MTF 4000C two-post lifts.

At Böck®, you will find durable premium rubber pads for Car-O-Liner equipment to replace worn or damaged lifting pads. Many popular versions are available from stock. The model list provides an initial reference, but the correct selection should always be based on the dimensions, the existing lifting adapter and the technical drawing shown on the relevant product page.

Choosing the correct rubber pads for Car-O-Liner

Correct identification is especially important with Car-O-Liner because many systems are not designed like a conventional two-post lift with four standard lift pads. Depending on the model, vehicles are supported using a frame bench, ramps, support stands, sill lifting blocks, clamps, spacers, rubber blocks or dedicated lifting systems.

The most frequently requested Car-O-Liner rubber pads are for Speed, Speed Plus, SPEED™ 3T, SPEED™ 3T PLUS, CDS™35 and the MTF 3000C, MTF 3500C and MTF 4000C models. For Speed systems, lifting pads are commonly associated with the B68-1 designation and part number 46870. Older manuals also reference the 32794 Rubber Pad, 46941 Rubber Pad and the 46870 B68-1 Rubber Block Kit.

The CDS™35 uses stackable lifting blocks. Car-O-Liner lists accessory 50940 as a set of four blocks with individual dimensions of 109 × 133 × 44 mm. These dimensions are helpful when searching for replacement parts but should always be compared with the lifting block currently installed on your own system.

Official documentation for the MTF 3000C, MTF 3500C and MTF 4000C specifies lift pad extensions of 50 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm. However, no definitive rubber pad part number or confirmed rubber pad dimensions could be identified from these documents. Dealer sources mention Car-O-Liner rubber pads with a diameter of Ø160 mm and an 89 mm rubber pad (GA-097), but these references should be treated as unverified and always checked against the existing lift pad.

As differences may exist depending on the production year, version or installed lifting adapter, you should always measure your existing rubber pad, lifting block or lift pad before ordering. Compare all dimensions with the technical drawings and specifications shown on the relevant product page. This helps avoid incorrect orders and allows the correct Böck® rubber pad for your Car-O-Liner system to be identified much more reliably.

Car-O-Liner Speed, CDS35 and MTF in everyday workshop use

Car-O-Liner Speed and Speedbench systems are widely used for collision repair and fast body repair applications. Rubber pads, sill lifting blocks and lifting blocks are particularly important because vehicles must be supported securely without creating unnecessary pressure marks on the lifting points.

The CDS™35 is a compact double scissor lift designed for damage assessment, cosmetic repairs, mechanical inspections and general service work. For this lift type, lifting blocks and matching rubber blocks are the key components. Length, width, height, contact surface and the underside of the existing block are all critical selection criteria.

The Car-O-Liner MTF 3000C, MTF 3500C and MTF 4000C two-post lifts use conventional lift pads together with lift pad extensions. Before ordering, always verify whether your lift requires a round rubber pad, a dedicated rubber lifting pad or a lift pad fitted with an extension.

BenchRack, Quick42, Mark6 and older model names

On the used equipment market, Car-O-Liner systems are often listed under different names. Besides Car-O-Liner, you may also find search terms such as Car O Liner, CAR O LINER, Caroliner, Bench Rack, BenchRack, Quick42, Q42, Mark 6, Mark6, MK6, Mark5, Compact and Mini Bench. These names are useful when searching for spare parts, but they are not sufficient for reliable technical identification.

For BenchRack, Quick42 and Mark6 systems, standard rubber lift pads are often not the primary wear parts. Instead, clamps, sill lifting blocks, support stands, frame bench adapters, holding systems and dedicated rubber blocks are commonly used. For this reason, always check the actual lifting adapter installed on your equipment rather than relying solely on the frame bench model name.

On used systems, accessories may also have been replaced, modified or upgraded over the years. When ordering a compatible Böck® rubber pad, rubber block or lifting block, the existing component installed on your own Car-O-Liner system is always the decisive reference.

JOSAM and Car-O-Liner within the Snap-on environment

Since 2016, Car-O-Liner has been part of the Snap-on Inc. Total Shop Solutions (TSS) product family. JOSAM also operates within the Snap-on / Total Shop Solutions environment and is particularly well known for heavy-duty wheel alignment, frame straightening technology and induction heating systems.

When searching for spare parts, JOSAM should not automatically be treated as a Car-O-Liner sub-brand. It is more accurate to consider both brands as part of the Snap-on / Total Shop Solutions portfolio. Rubber pads, lifting blocks and frame bench adapters should therefore always be identified using the machine's identification plate, system designation and the existing installed component.

Not sure which rubber pad you need? We will check it for you.

You are also welcome to contact us by email. For reliable identification, we require photos of the lift or frame bench identification plate, a top view of the existing rubber pad or lifting block, and the dimensions of the installed component.

The most important measurements are the outside diameter or length × width, height, pin diameter, hole dimensions, groove, recess and the shape of the underside. For round rubber pads, the outside diameter is particularly important. If the rubber pad has more than one hole, we also require the centre-to-centre hole spacing.

Helpful information also includes photos of the lift pad, the lifting adapter on the lifting arm or frame bench system, and pictures of the old rubber pad from the top, bottom and side. We compare your information with the available Böck® rubber pads, rubber blocks and lifting blocks. Not sure which part you need? Simply send us your photos and measurements.

Böck® quality for Car-O-Liner equipment

Rubber pads, lifting blocks and rubber blocks are wear parts that are subjected to constant stress in everyday workshop use. They protect vehicle lifting points, sill areas and contact surfaces while providing secure support on vehicle lifts, frame benches and repair workstations.

At Böck®, we focus on durable materials, precise manufacturing and high load capacity for professional daily use. Replacing worn rubber pads is especially worthwhile on Car-O-Liner systems because many of these machines remain in professional service for many years, while old rubber blocks and lifting blocks can become hard, cracked or damaged over time.

Many popular premium rubber pads for Car-O-Liner Speed, CDS35, MTF and frame bench systems are available from stock. For reliable ordering, we always recommend comparing the existing part with the dimensions shown on the product page. If the system designation, lifting adapter and dimensions match, the correct Böck® rubber pad can be identified much more reliably.

FAQ

  • 1. Which Car-O-Liner models are most relevant for replacement rubber pads?
The most relevant models are Speed, Speed Plus, SPEED™ 3T, SPEED™ 3T PLUS, CDS™35 and the MTF 3000C, MTF 3500C and MTF 4000C two-post lifts. BenchRack, Quick42 and Mark6 systems commonly use clamps, sill lifting blocks, frame bench adapters or dedicated lifting blocks instead of standard rubber lift pads.
  • 2. Is there a universal Car-O-Liner rubber pad?
A universally compatible rubber pad cannot be confirmed. Dealer references to 89 mm and Ø160 mm rubber pads may help during the search but are not always officially assigned to specific models. Therefore, always compare the existing part, lifting adapter and dimensions before ordering.
  • 3. Why choose Böck® rubber pads for Car-O-Liner equipment?
Böck® rubber pads and lifting blocks are manufactured for durability, heavy-duty workshop use and long service life. Most rubber pads for Car-O-Liner Speed, CDS35, MTF and frame bench systems are kept in stock and are available for convenient online ordering.
