Böck Pyramid Block 40 mm (Item No. 165034) – for lowered vehicles with a bit more clearance

At 40 mm height, this pyramid block by Böck is ideal for use on lowered vehicles and sporty car models.

The pyramid-shaped geometry ensures stable load distribution and prevents the block from slipping sideways. Thanks to the compact contact surface, it allows precise positioning on narrow lifting points, reliably protecting sensitive vehicle components.

Made from a specially developed rubber compound, the pyramid block is highly durable. It resists oil, fuel, and UV radiation, retains its shape under heavy load, and boasts a long service life – perfect for intensive use in workshops.

Key Benefits

  • 40 mm height – extra flexibility for lowered vehicles
  • Stable load support due to pyramid design
  • Compact lifting surface for narrow contact points
  • Rubber compound resistant to oil, fuel, and UV radiation
  • High load capacity, long-lasting and low-wear in continuous use
  • Developed by Böck for professional workshop requirements

With the Böck Pyramid Block 40 mm, workshops get a reliable aid for safely and gently lifting even lowered vehicles – offering more clearance and flexibility during work.

Pyramid Blocks in Various Heights

For vehicles with very low ground clearance, the flat variants with 20 mm, 30 mm, and 40 mm height are ideal. They can be easily placed under the vehicle and aligned with the lifting points.

For standard vehicles, we recommend the variants with 50 mm, 60 mm, and 70 mm. For SUVs and off-road vehicles, the taller variants with 100 mm and 140 mm are available.

  • Environmental Resistance

No disintegration or crumbling of the material, even when in contact with oil, salt, cold, heat, or operating fluids.

  • Perfect Fit

Thanks to its perfect design, the rubber pad sits securely on the support plate, reliably preventing slipping.

  • Optimal Elasticity

This rubber pad adapts to the lifting point through slight deformation and then returns to its original shape.

  • Durability

This rubber pad is designed for professional workshop use and stands out for its robustness and longevity.

Find the Right Rubber Pad

Check the Dimensions Before Ordering

Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
