Böck Rubber Block 50 mm (Item No. 165031) – redesigned for everyday workshop use
The Böck rubber block with a height of 50 mm is specifically designed for use with standard vehicles. It is part of an optimized product line with eight different height options – including models like 165036 (60 mm) and 165030 (70 mm). Together, they form the proven all-rounder segment for workshops handling a wide range of vehicles.
The design of this rubber block has been completely reworked: integrated grip holes on the underside make it easier to carry and transport to the lift – even while wearing gloves. At the same time, guide lines on the surface offer visual orientation for quick and accurate positioning under the lifting point – no readjustment needed.
The conical shape and slightly reduced contact area – typical for our pyramid blocks – enhance load distribution on narrow or uneven lift points. The result: stable, slip-resistant placement and increased safety when lifting.
Like all rubber blocks from Böck, the 165031 is manufactured from our specially developed high-performance rubber compound. It is dimensionally stable, impact-resistant and break-proof – even under high point loads, sharp edges or the weight of heavy electric vehicles. The material is resistant to oil, fuel and UV radiation.

Pyramid blocks in various heights
For vehicles with very low ground clearance, the flat variants with 20 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm are ideal. They can be easily placed under the vehicle and aligned with the lift points.
For standard vehicles, we recommend the versions with 50 mm, 60 mm and 70 mm. For SUVs and off-road vehicles, the higher versions with 100 mm and 140 mm are available.

Find the Right Rubber Pad
Check the Dimensions Before Ordering
Compare the technical drawing above and the dimensions with those of your old rubber pad to ensure a proper fit. For two-post lifts, the diameter and the height of the support plate, as well as, if applicable, the spacing of the bolt holes, are crucial. For rubber plates, in addition to the external dimensions, the spacing of the holes should be checked. Bolt holes are always measured from center to center.
